Dino melaye has been abducted by unknown gun men. Ben Bruce raises Alarm

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce of the PDP, has raised an alarm that Senator Dino Melaye (PDP) has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Thursday, July 26, 2018.

Murray-Bruce has made thsi known via his Twitter account, benmurraybruce to disclosed that Melaye's brother informed him of the abduction.

According to the post, "I have just been informed by Moses Melaye, his brother, that Dino has been abducted by unknown persons in a Toyota Sienna that blocked their car and overpowered them on their way to Kogi to answer to Dino’s court case.

IG of Police summons Saraki over Offa robbery

The Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Ibrahim Idris, has asked Senate President Bukola Saraki, to appear at the office of Intelligence Response Team (IRT) office in Abuja, over the robbery incident that took place in offa, Kwara state, sometime around April this year In a letter dated July 23 and addressed to Saraki, the police IG asked the Senate President to be at IRT’s office at 8am on Tuesday “for further investigation”. The police had said some of the robber suspects confessed that they where they were Sarakis thugs an allegation he has since denied. The lawmaker had earlier been asked to report at force headquarters for questioning, the police eventually said Saraki should not appear in person but respond to the allegations of the suspects in writing.
